By using Our Services, You ("Client", or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Services are available throughout the United Kingdom and across Europe, in accordance with the coverage areas specified on Our website.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:

Provide complete, accurate, and legible shipping information (addresses, contacts, etc.).

Ensure that parcels are properly packaged, labeled, and sealed for transport.

Correctly declare the nature, weight, and value of the goods.

Ensure that the goods are not considered prohibited items (e.g., hazardous materials, illegal items, or items excluded by Our insurance policy).
4. Pricing and Payment
Service tariffs are based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and type of service chosen. Prices are those in effect at the time of booking and are displayed on Our website or communicated directly to the Client.

Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon credit terms.
5. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability: Our liability in the event of loss, damage, or delay of a shipment is strictly limited to the amount of the declared value of the shipment or the maximum standard insurance amount by default, whichever is lower.

The Client is responsible for taking out additional insurance if they believe the value of their goods exceeds the standard insurance level provided by NCS.

NCS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profit, market, etc.).
6. Claims and Disputes

Any claim for damage must be notified in writing to NCS within [X] days following delivery.

Any claim for loss must be notified in writing to NCS within [Y] days following the scheduled delivery date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
7. Changes to Terms
